Shay Rishoni is an extremely experienced individual: a military colonel (rev.), a pilot, a senior executive for many years, a triathlete, an Iron Man and a CEO of a sporting-events production company. At the peak of life, Shay met ALS and joined the struggle to accelerate the discovery of a cure for ALS. Despite being paralyzed and ventilated, Shay manages Prize4Life.

Ms. Iris Perl, CEO of Prize4life started her career as an English teacher and academic consultant.
Iris has 30 years of experience in management positions of academic programs, marketing and public relations in high education institutes in Israel.
In the last 7 years, Iris was in charge of the resource development, foreign relations and fundraising for the organizations she was working for.
Iris has dedicated her abilities to work in social organizations, with significant contribution to society in Israel and abroad, in which she believes has the ability to contribute to major changes

Avi Kremer is the founder of Prize4Life. Kremer was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 29 as an MBA student at Harvard Business School. Despite his disease progression and the physical limitations, Avi finished his degree and founded Prize4Life in 2007. Avi is the recipient of the Rand award from the American ALS association and the Prime Minister award for innovation and entrepreneurship in a non-profit organization. Avi believes that discovery of a cure for ALS is only a matter of time and spends all of his efforts in support of this goal.
